10x Team seeks an experienced Finance Director to train and refine AI models on corporate finance topics. This freelance, remote role fits 8–20 hours weekly and focuses on guiding AI to understand senior financial leadership concepts, strategy, governance, and risk management.

You will review AI-generated content, provide structured feedback, and create real-world scenarios for AI training. EU/UK-based experts preferred.

Qualifications

• Finance Director level experience in corporate finance, FP&A, budgeting, and executive reporting.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• Strong track record in financial strategy, governance, risk management and financial operations.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with ability to deliver constructive feedback.
• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable with remote collaboration.
