Job summary

Talcott Financial Group is seeking a Finance Data & Integration Lead to bridge Finance requirements with enterprise data and systems. You will own data mappings, validation, and governance to support data lake structures, Oracle FAH, and related finance feeds.

You will partner with Accounting, IT, and Finance Systems teams to ensure accuracy, auditable data, and readiness for close and regulatory reporting. This role emphasizes leadership without ownership of Oracle system setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance systems, data integration, or consulting.
• Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, or enterprise data platforms in a finance context.

Responsibilities

• Own Finance requirements related to data flows, integrations, reporting dependencies, and Retail initiatives across enterprise platforms.
• Lead Finance support for Retail initiatives, documenting requirements and ensuring successful close and reporting.
• Translate accounting and operational needs into clear data specifications for IT and Finance Systems teams.
• Define and maintain source-to-target mappings from operational systems through the Data Lake into Oracle FAH and other finance systems.
• Perform Finance-side test planning, testing, reconciliation, and validation of data and processes.
