The Finance Data & Integration Lead is a senior individual contributor within the Finance organization responsible for bridging Finance requirements with enterprise data and system execution. This role owns the definition, documentation, and validation of finance data requirements particularly those supporting Data Lake structure and downstream feeds into Oracle FAH and related finance systems. The position ensures financial data is accurate, auditable, and fit for close, reporting, and regulatory needs while partnering closely with Accounting, Actuarial, IT, and the Finance Systems team. Our selected candidate will also provide guidance to Finance, IT, and Finance Systems teams related to finance data requirements, mappings and validation. The role serves as a resource, not as the owner of Oracle system setup, development, or implementation. Responsibility for managing and planning the Oracle platform including its configuration and roadmap belongs to the Finance Systems team. Additionally, this role is responsible for handling Finance requirements, mapping data, validating processes, and providing Finance approval for policy administration systems, data lakes, and accounting feeds.
This range represents the minimum and maximum annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range. The base pay is based on factors including but not limited to experience, competence, and demonstration of proficiencies essential for the role. The base pay is just one component of Talcott’s total annual compensation for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, long-term incentives and recognition.
