Job summary

KONE is seeking a Finance Controller in Lisle, IL to lead accounting, reporting, controllership, and finance operations for US entities. You will own the balance sheet and income statement, ensure IFRS/US GAAP compliance, and partner with cross‑functional teams to strengthen internal controls and deliver high‑quality financial insights.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive accounting, controllership, or finance operations experience.
Experience leading teams within multinational or large corporate environments.
CPA or equivalent professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for US entities with accurate reporting.
Ensure balance sheet integrity and timely disclosures across entities.
Oversee payroll, treasury, fixed assets, intercompany; monitor subledgers to GL.
Drive audits, internal controls, and compliance for US entities.
