Job summary

KONE is seeking a Finance Controller to lead US accounting, financial reporting, controllership, and finance operations. You will own the US legal entities' balance sheet and income statement, ensure timely IFRS/US GAAP reporting, and drive internal controls and process improvements across a fast-paced multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting, controllership, audit, or finance operations experience.
• Experience leading teams within a multinational or large corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP and financial reporting principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for US entities and ensure balance sheet integrity.
• Oversee financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting adjustments.
• Manage external and internal audit activities and maintain strong internal controls.
• Drive automation, standardization, and process improvement across finance operations.
• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team and partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
