Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a prior controller role.
• Deep understanding of real estate accounting and fund structures.
• Strong FP&A background with investment-level modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process across all entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and maintain chart of accounts.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and management reporting packages.
