Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Sr. Financial Control Manager to lead financial stewardship, performance management, and strategic decision-making across MOGE and IS/IT spend for Holistic Health.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, oversee planning, forecasting, and controllership, and coach a finance team in a multinational setting. The role requires advanced knowledge of US GAAP, cost allocation methodologies, and cross-functional leadership to drive efficiency and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting/Finance.
• 10+ years in finance with planning, controllership, or cost management.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and cost allocation experience.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and period-end close.
• Ability to lead complex cost structures and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end controllership for MOGE, IS/IT spend, and related P&L lines.
• Act as strategic finance partner to senior leaders, translating results into actionable insights.
• Lead monthly/quarterly spend reviews with Holistic Health leadership.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and period-end close processes for the scope.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial postings and reporting.
• Drive standardization, automation, and transformation across finance processes.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and coach the finance team.
