Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• Seven years of progressively responsible accounting or finance experience.
• Experience supervising staff and leading financial operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead University general accounting and close processes ensuring accuracy.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per GAAP.
• Maintain internal controls, journal entries, and GL activity.
• Oversee restricted funds, grants, assets, leases, debt, and investments.
• Develop policies, procedures, and procurement controls with CFO.
• Coaching and development of accounting staff and managers.
• Coordinate audits and external financial reporting.
