Responsibilities include overseeing the general ledger, month-end close, budgeting, financial planning, and internal controls to ensure GAAP compliance and strong financial performance. Healthcare background preferred, CPA/MBA a plus.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with computerized accounting systems and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, month-end and year-end close to ensure GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Assist in annual budget, forecasts, and capital projections; variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance with key metrics and covenants.
• Lead accounts payable, payroll, and billing/collections processes.
