Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this is an exciting, high-impact opportunity to shape the financial strategy of our organization. You’ll lead project modeling and structuring, financial analysis, and investment strategy while working closely with senior leadership and our private equity partners. This role is critical in executing our vision for rapid growth, market leadership, and ultimate monetization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate and project-level financial modeling to support business planning, investment decisions, and strategic execution.
• Provide in-depth financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategy and ensure competitive positioning.
• Manage key financing processes, including corporate debt facilities, project financing, and tax credit monetization.
• Drive the development and implementation of financial systems to enhance efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess business initiatives and investment opportunities.

Be a Key Voice in Decision-Making & Communication

• Design and build high-impact reporting templates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for executives, investors, and business units.
• Assist in shaping the company’s financial narrative to drive strategic growth and investor confidence.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, project development, or project financing. Investment banking or private equity experience is a plus!
• Leadership experience and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Expertise in power markets and/or energy-related technologies (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. You’re confident presenting to senior executives.
• A strategic, high-energy mindset—you're adaptable, analytical, and always thinking two steps ahead.
