Harvard Faculty of Arts and Sciences seeks a Senior Finance Associate to provide advanced financial, transactional, and compliance support to academic departments, reporting to the Manager of Financial Operations. You will oversee day-to-day financial operations, support budgeting and reporting, and ensure compliance with university and sponsor policies.

• Associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years’ related experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process requisitions and approvals with costing accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor transactions and travel expenses in Concur.
• Manage accounts receivable, revenue, and cash operations with accuracy.
• Assist year-end close activities including invoices and deposits.
