Job summary

Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with operational and functional leaders, owning end-to-end financial reporting and driving data-driven decisions in a fast-paced Day One culture.

You will build and maintain financial models, mentor analysts, and lead cross-team initiatives to automate processes, strengthen controls, and deliver concise narratives to senior leaders across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance, tax or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial reporting for your business area, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies while mentoring team members on reporting best practices.
• Build and maintain financial models and analyses that support operational and growth decisions, presenting findings and recommendations to leaders in clear, concise narratives.
• Identify and resolve complex data integrity issues, design improved controls to address emerging risks, and develop scalable and auditable data analysis processes.
• Lead individual projects from start to finish — managing timelines, setting priorities, and collaborating across teams to deliver results while removing roadblocks proactively.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or scale finance tools and processes across teams, leveraging best practices and technology to improve efficiency.
