Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions seeks a Sr Finance Analyst to support project accounting and forecasting across multiple sites, including Lenexa, KS. You will help manage cost controls, payroll, payables/receivables, and month-end close for large-scale projects, contributing to accurate financial reporting and strong cash management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations and Finance teams, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of financial/data analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, and/or equivalent degree.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable and compliance tasks.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting packages for project management.
• Engage with project teams on budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure accurate cost and revenue recognition across labor, equipment, materials and subcontracts.
• Maintain clear internal controls and provide timely financial insights to management.
