Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Finance Manager with invoicing, close activities, budgeting and forecasting. You will maintain data integrity and provide detailed variance analysis to drive contract delivery.

Responsibilities include cost allocations, KPI dashboards with Power BI, and stakeholder reporting. Requires 3+ years in finance, a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, and ERP experience (D365, PeopleSoft, Ariba, OneStream).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems (D365, PeopleSoft, Ariba, OneStream) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing and PO issuance.
• Assist period-end close, cost allocations, and data reconciliations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for contracts.
• Develop KPI dashboards and ad hoc management reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and controls.
