Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of analytical experience in Finance, Business or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and insightful financial reporting.
• Perform financial analysis to identify areas for financial performance improvement and communicate results to Finance leadership.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial performance analysis to understand forecast results and trends.
• Provide guidance and act as liaison between FP&A and partners such as accounting, HR, marketing, technology, treasury, and other business segments.
