Job summary

Ignite Digital is seeking a Financial Analyst to support IPT Leadership and the Finance team. The role focuses on managing financial processes, coordinating funding actions, and delivering timely financial reporting across the IPT.

You will develop project cost estimates and spend plans, maintain dashboards, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate funding and spending alignment with program goals. This role involves DoD-related work and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial management, budgeting or funds acceptance processes.
• Familiarity with financial/enterprise systems like N-ERP or comparable.
• Ability to create, manage, and update project cost estimates and spend plans.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and projections.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, or data visualizations.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to track and manage multiple funding actions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Update financial dashboards weekly.
• Provide support to IPT BFMs.
• Coordinate funds acceptance and create project structures in N-ERP.
• Populate and route FDAs for IPT and 1.0 review and signature.
• Create cost estimates and spend plans; communicate funding plans with sponsors.
• Ensure spend plans align with latest templates and forecast updates.
• Ingest spend plan data into PowerBI data model for cross-project views.
• Support command data calls with obligation authority and monthly expenditures.
• Assist with PR actions by providing NWA and funding docs for contract mods.
