Job summary

NEP Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst for Commercial Performance & Investment Review to deliver PIRs, benefits realization, and pricing governance to improve contract and investment outcomes.

You will partner with regional Finance and Group Commercial Finance to benchmark performance, support investment appraisals, and drive consistent rate card governance across the group. Strong analytical and communication skills required; 2–3 years post-qualified experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or equivalent finance qualification.
• 2–3 years of post-qualified experience in commercial finance, FP&A or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial analysis and Excel modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete Post Investment Reviews for qualifying Investment Appraisals.
• Compare original assumptions with actual performance across KPIs.
• Identify drivers of over- and under-performance with stakeholders.
• Assess realization of financial and strategic benefits from investments.
• Support improvements to future Investment Appraisals and pricing governance.
• Track PIR actions and maintain records for regional and Group reporting.
