Tactica Solutions LLC in Redstone Arsenal, Alabama is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to support the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) G4 in the Plans and Operations Division on a SETA contract. The role includes budget development, multi-year projections, and financial control in a federal environment.

The position requires implementing budgets, monitoring obligations and expenditures, processing financial documentation, and using GFEBS and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate, and multi-task.
• Excellent time management and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Teams, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer requirements.
• U.S. citizenship for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute annual and multi-year budgets with narratives and funding projections.
• Monitor obligations, expenditures, and funding status to support budget execution.
• Prepare financial documentation, including FRS, PRs, and invoicing actions.
• Use GFEBS, WHS DAI, and other financial systems to maintain data and resolve errors.
• Analyze funding plans, cost reports, invoices, and obligations to identify issues and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with CORs, G-8, and stakeholders for funding execution and closeout actions.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for continuity of operations.
• Support mid-year and year-end reviews and contract closeout activities.
• Build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
