Job summary

Lantern seeks a Sr. Analyst, Finance to lead annual budget planning and own the enterprise forecasting model, keeping it accurate through updates and循持续维护。

Qualifications

• Experience with AI tooling (e.g., Claude) to optimize workflows is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Ability to own recurring deliverables independently; minimal oversight once ramped.
• Focus on core financial challenges with high attention to detail.

Job description

• Lantern Care’s Finance & Strategy team is hiring a Sr. Analyst, Finance to support annual budget planning and the rebuild of the company’s enterprise forecasting model, and to own the model’s ongoing maintenance once rebuilt. This role reports to the Director, Finance and is the person who keeps the enterprise model accurate and current between planning cycles
• Enterprise model ownership. Own the enterprise forecasting model day to day: data updates, formula integrity, version control, and documentation. Support the Director, Finance on the model’s evolution over time, like applying new drivers (e.g., marketing activations), testing new model logic against actuals, and validating that updates hold up before they go live
• Budget planning support. Support the annual budget process: build supporting schedules, engage with business leaders across the org, consolidate functional department inputs, and refine point of view on 2027+ operating profile of the business
• Reporting. Build and automate reporting (monthly financial insights presentations, KPIs) to push knowledge into the rest of the business
• Special projects. Build the underlying analysis (market sizing, cost-benefit, ROI) that informs leadership’s go/no-go decisions on major product partnerships, operational enhancements, technology investments, and other key capital allocation trade-offs
