Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a business-partnering capacity.
• Exposure to automation or AI-driven finance tools preferred.
• Global experience preferred.

Role Summary

As a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will serve as a core finance partner supporting global planning, performance management, and decision‑making. The role combines strong financial rigor with advanced analytics and process innovation, including the use of AI‑driven insights and agentic automation to enhance planning effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to support global business decisions
• Partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models supporting budgeting, long‑range planning, and investment decisions

Compensation

Compensation: $71,300.00 – $124,500.00 USD. This role is eligible for bonus.

Travel

Travel is approx. 20% in the U.S. and Europe.
