Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and reporting for the MIHR Ebola Response project.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variances; provide timely financial analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls and coordination with field offices.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and donor submissions on deadlines.
• Support training and capacity-building for field finance staff.
