Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, FP&A or related operations.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the Consumer Products division.
• Support annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Track revenue, expenses and variances with analyses for stakeholders.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards and trackers.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close including journal entries.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Merchandising and Operations to ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile purchase orders, invoices and related documents.
• Support royalty reporting, inventory accounting and product transactions.
• Coordinate audit requests and ensure internal controls compliance.
• Maintain P&L trackers for events and retail operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and processes.
