Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts and analyze sales and financial performance across operating companies.
• Develop detailed P&L forecasts and support the annual operating plan.
• Analyze financial and operational results, identifying key trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers of profitability.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to operating company, sales, and corporate leadership.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis, profitability models, trend analysis, and capital investment/ROI evaluations.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Purchasing, IT, and Accounting to evaluate business performance.
• Support strategic initiatives.
• Support month-end close, including analysis of variances, trends, and other financial issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
