Lockheed Martin Severn Operations seeks a Quality Assurance Inspector to support manufacturing of air and space-based RF systems. You will work with Engineering and Manufacturing to build prototypes, support NPI and production builds, and perform detailed inspections from circuit boards to final assemblies.

The role requires hands-on inspection, familiarity with aerospace workmanship standards, and the ability to follow complex engineering documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's Technology Degree with 5 years of Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Quality Assurance or Aerospace/NASA QA inspection experience.
• Certifications in IPC-A-6100, IPC/WHMA-A-620 w/space addendum, J-STD-001 w/space addendum, NASA-STD-8739.1, etc.
• Familiar with Configuration Management Systems, preferably EPDM.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Inspect aerospace components and assemblies from PCB level to final integration.
• Perform hands-on inspection and testing of electronic components, PCB assemblies, and mechanical parts.
• Follow engineering and quality documentation, process flow charts, travelers, and work instructions.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support prototype and new product/process introductions and high-detail inspections.
