Job summary

American Regent, Inc. seeks a Senior Team Member for the Manufacturing Team to oversee filling operations, line setup, and equipment sign-offs in a sterile pharmaceutical setting. The role includes mentoring junior operators and ensuring batch documentation is accurate.

You will troubleshoot processes, program equipment recipes, and participate in technology transfer from R&D as needed. Strong mechanical aptitude and English literacy are required, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree/college experience a plus.
• 1 year as Filling Operator II or above; 3-5 years in related field preferred.
• 1 year experience in a training role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, stages, and returns production materials.
• Assists with equipment assembly, cleaning, and storage.
• Maintains cleanliness of equipment and areas.
• Ensures inventories are maintained for production schedules.
• Ensures only approved materials and documentation are used.
• Supervisory presence in absence of supervisor.
• Supports QC sampling and timely delivery of samples.
