Job summary

Ferring Pharmaceuticals in Parsippany, New Jersey, is seeking an Operator Lead, Production, to provide senior-level leadership in aseptic manufacturing. You will oversee complex processes, mentor teams, and ensure sterility, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will manage advanced equipment, participate in process validations, and drive continuous improvements while collaborating with QA, QC, Engineering and Production teams. A strong background in aseptic operations and cGMP is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in pharma/biopharma/biotech aseptic clean room
• Proficient in aseptic techniques and cGMP
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent documentation and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead complex aseptic processing tasks per SOPs and batch records
• Operate and troubleshoot aseptic processing equipment
• Mentor junior/intermediate/senior operators
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering and Production management
• Address deviations and drive process improvements
• Oversee equipment qualifications and process simulations
