Job summary

Rise Baking Company is seeking a Senior Filling & Dough Lead in Worcester, MA to ensure timely, high-quality production of filling and dough products. You will prepare materials, oversee batch quality, and support line transfers with strong attention to sanitation and GMP practices.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience. The position includes benefits and a pathway to growth within a dynamic bakery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or minimal related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general documents and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow sanitation and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality products for the production line in a timely manner.
• Follow formulas, procedures, and paperwork.
• Spot check batches and communicate schedule changes.
• Provide backup support for Supervisors and assist as a technician when needed.
• Ensure product quality and correct filling materials usage.
• Maintain sanitary practices and equipment washouts per GMP.
