Job summary

Rise Baking Company in Worcester, MA is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing and packaging lines. You will lead line workers, direct daily tasks, and ensure productivity and quality while coordinating with supervisors and maintenance.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food environment, with strong leadership and communication skills. Shift work includes 1st and 2nd shifts with early hours.

Job PurposeOversee assigned production line(s) in the manufacturing and packaging of product. Lead line workers to maximize productivity and quality, acting as a liaison between the production supervisors and production staff. 1st shift 5am-3:30pm
2nd shift 3:30pm-2:00am
