Job summary

Boeing Aerospace Operations in the United States is seeking a Fighter/Attack Aircrew Training Subject Matter Expert or Senior Consultant to lead innovative aircrew training for 4th and 5th generation aircraft, including F-22, F-15, and F/A-18. The role centers on designing immersive training and validating systems with engineers and customers, onsite in St.

Louis, MO. The candidate will instruct, develop courseware, and ensure training programs meet security and operational requirements,

Qualifications

Extensive experience as a Fighter/Attack pilot or WSO.
Proven ability to design and deliver aircrew training materials.
Experience evaluating training effectiveness and conducting trials.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME in fighter/attack pilot training and tactics development for 4th/5th gen aircraft.
Design, develop, and deliver innovative training solutions for aircrew requirements.
Develop and maintain courseware aligned with learning objectives and customer needs.
Instruct advanced pilot training and evaluate program effectiveness via feedback and data.
Develop CONOPS/plan and conduct simulator verification with Boeing FMS.
Operate IOS to execute approved training syllabi.
Support military pilots’ qualifications through upgrade and tactics training.
Implement Boeing initiatives, programs and policies to maintain training excellence.
