Job summary

HOLT Group seeks an experienced Field Welder Technician 3 (Line bore) to perform welding repairs, fabrication, torch work, and line boring on heavy equipment. You will quote jobs, interpret prints, assemble material lists, and supervise field crews as needed.

The role requires advanced welding skills (FCAW/SMAW/GTAW), heavy equipment fabrication, and the ability to work in shop or field environments with minimal supervision. CDL and safety training are expected.

Qualifications

• Specialized/technical welding training preferred.
• Eight or more years of experience required.
• One year supervisory/lead experience required.

Responsibilities

• Weld, fabricate, torch work and line bore on heavy equipment.
• Quote jobs, breakdown prints, build material lists, order materials.
• Lead on-site resources and coordinate field and shop work.
