Job summary

HOLT Manufacturing is seeking an MFG Welder 2 to perform moderate welding fabrications of various products. You will read drawings, set up parts, and execute tack, stitch, and seal welds in a team environment. The role demands adherence to SOPs, safety policies, and continuous skill development for quality results.

The position is full-time and on-site at the Waco facility with Monday–Thursday 4pm–2:30am shifts. Two+ years of welding experience and basic certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of welding-related experience preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Familiar with GMAW, FCAW, SMAW processes.
• Must pass safety and PPE rules.

Responsibilities

• Model and adhere to welding procedures and SOPs.
• Interpret weld symbols and drawings to perform fabrication.
• Set up parts and perform tack, stitch, and seal welds.
• Operate tools and fixtures to produce high-quality weldments.
• Maintain equipment and work area in good, clean condition.
• Follow safety policies and report variances as needed.
