Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin seeks a Senior Field Trainer/Analyst to advance STAR Team educational initiatives through professional learning, technical assistance, resource development, and data-driven improvements. You will support planning, coaching, and evaluation across multiple projects.

Required: a Master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience in K–12 education with a focus on evidence-based instruction and educator development. A Doctoral degree and MTSS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in K–12 education providing evidence-based instruction or intervention; developing and delivering professional learning.
• Experience collaborating with teams, developing instructional or training resources, and using data to inform decisions and improvements.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
• A Master’s Degree is required; a Doctoral Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and evaluate professional learning, coaching, and technical assistance for educators and stakeholders across STAR Team projects.
• Develop, review, and revise training materials and resources; collect and analyze project data to inform improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to share expertise and complete project deliverables.
