Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Technician to anchor our testing and inspection teams on major structural projects. You will lead pours, mentor juniors, and own the quality of all records on assignments with high stakes.

You will coordinate with engineers, officials, and superintendents, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with IBC programs across multi-state deployments. This role requires travel and a proven track record in concrete and soils testing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMT or special inspection experience.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils, NICET Level II+ or higher, or ACI certifications.
• Willing to travel for defined project programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection on structural work.
• Perform and document inspections per project IBC special inspection programs.
• Mentor and check junior field technicians.
• Coordinate daily with superintendents, engineers, and officials.
• Support multi-state industrial deployments on a project basis.
