Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an RVA Field Technician 4 based in Great Falls, MT, to lead field technicians, perform maintenance and repairs, and sustain the RVA network at Malmstrom Air Force Base with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires coordinating with the NOC and government points of contact, occasional travel, a 5/40 schedule, and the ability to follow maintenance manuals and approved drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 6 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in technical problem solving and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies RVA equipment.
• Lead Field Technicians and oversee critical repair actions.
• Coordinate with NOC and government POCs to troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure work is completed safely and adheres to manuals and drawings.
