Job summary

Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC (OTS) is seeking a skilled field technician to provide on-site end-user support for DoD-regulated environments in Colorado Springs. The role includes incident management, device support, and VIP/Printer assistance across diverse telecom and IT systems.

The candidate must hold the DoD-compliant security posture, possess a current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent, and have at least 10 years of Windows support experience.

Qualifications

• Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD baseline certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop/PCs and other devices.
• Security Clearance is required; interim level at a minimum.
• IT education preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site end-user support, telecom installation, maintenance and repairs for a wide variety of systems and equipment.
• Aids in asset management of on-site devices.
• Provides Tier 2 resolution for incident management and service requests, End User Device (EUD) support, VIP support, and printer support.
