Job summary

Celnet seeks experienced Senior Field Technicians / Ericsson Field Integrators to support network deployment and integration across markets. You will install, commission, and test Ericsson Basebands and DUS41 Controllers, perform E911/Data speed testing, read RFDS and Cross Connect Sheets, and handle fiber/Ethernet cabling.

Overnight shifts and market travel are required. Ideal candidates have Ericsson certification, 3+ years of Ericsson integration, and familiarity with AC/DC power systems,

Qualifications

• Ericsson Certified Field Integrator is required.
• 3+ years of Ericsson integration experience required.
• 6-12+ months of commissioning/integration experience.
• Prior AT&T HUB experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC power systems, Cell Site Routers and OEM cabinets.
• Experience with software/script uploads and system configuration.
• Ability to read RFDS and Cross Connect Sheets.
• Must have personal hand tools.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Celnet is seeking experienced Senior Field Technicians / Ericsson Field Integrators to support Ericsson network deployment and integration projects across multiple markets.

We are looking for skilled telecom professionals with hands-on experience in Ericsson integration, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting who are ready to contribute to large-scale wireless network deployments and support successful project delivery.

Position: Senior Field Technician / Integrator

Job Type: Full-time / Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, commission, and test Ericsson Basebands (BB6651, BB6648, BB6630) and DUS41 Controllers.
• Perform E911 call testing and data speed testing.
• Read and interpret Cross Connect Sheets and RFDS.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot fiber, Ethernet, grounding, and AC/DC cabling.
• Upload software and scripts for system configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues at cell sites.
• Maintain accurate activity, issue, and close-out documentation.
• Track installed and decommissioned equipment/assets.
• Work overnight shifts when required and travel within the assigned market.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Required Experience

• Ericsson Certified Field Integrator – Required.
• 3+ years of Ericsson integration experience – Required.
• 6-12+ months of commissioning and integration experience.
• Previous experience working at AT&T HUB locations.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC power systems, Cell Site Routers, and OEM cabinets.
• Experience with software/script uploads and system configuration.
• Ability to read RFDS and Cross Connect Sheets.
• Must have personal hand tools.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Required Certifications

• OSHA 10
• CPR / First Aid – In-person

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
• Ability to work flexible/overnight schedules as required.
