Job summary

Hyperscale Fire is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, test, and service fire alarm systems and related equipment in Mesa, AZ. You will diagnose, repair, and document activities while maintaining safety standards and high-quality customer service.

Experience with Kidde, Notifier, and FCI is preferred; NICET certification or equivalent is highly desirable. The role emphasizes independent field work and staying current with industry developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience servicing fire alarm systems and special hazard fire suppression systems.
• Experience with Kidde, Notifier, and FCI preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm components, wiring diagrams, and testing procedures.
• NICET certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair fire alarm systems per industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Service and maintain special hazard fire suppression systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
• Diagnose system issues accurately and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Document all service activities thoroughly and maintain detailed records of system conditions and repairs performed.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding system status, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
