Riot Platforms, a leader in powering and building digital infrastructure, seeks a Senior Field Technician for E4A Solutions in the Houston area. You will perform on-site field service, warranty support, and testing for various equipment, traveling up to 70% as needed.

Strong electrical knowledge and safety commitment are required. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, adept at reading schematics and PLCs, and can communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills to solve electrical circuit formulas.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email for troubleshooting and inquiries.
• Perform on-site field service, warranty support, commissioning, testing.
• Travel up to 50-70% for service repairs, training, startups.
• Assist with new product research and evaluation.
• Drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
• Ensure site safety compliance per Riot Guidelines.
