Qualifications

• Demonstrate core competencies of the Crew Chief I position.
• Successful completion of a functional assessment is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations ensuring survey tasks are accurate and efficient.
• Mentor Junior Crew Chiefs and crew members.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve potential construction issues proactively.
• Maintain a safe work environment for crew members.
