Job summary

MaxCyte is seeking a Senior Field Support Engineer (FSE)/Depot Services Manager to support MaxCyte instrument customers and oversee depot operations from our headquarters. This role works with Field Applications Scientists, Business Development, Quality, and Engineering to ensure superior customer experience, with substantial field time and 50% travel.

The candidate has 8+ years in service operations or related life sciences environments, strong troubleshooting, and hands-on tool experience.

Qualifications

• BS in biomedical engineering or related field; 8+ years in service operations or similar life sciences environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally; able to lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, chat; respond to customer inquiries.
• Installations and training at customer sites.
• Calibrate, upgrade, and repair instruments.
• Troubleshoot and document issues with solutions.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks with FSEs, FAS, and BDMs; drive improvements.
• Support depot service operations and KPI tracking across the network.
