Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general construction, including 2 years in a similar supervisory position.
• Proven ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal oversight.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and basic construction applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and estimate labor requirements accurately.
• Develop crew schedules and ensure work completion per specifications.
• Complete daily reports and manage documentation.
