Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of construction industry experience, waterproofing/restoration experience a plus.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Ability to communicate and lead others.
• Ability to lead multiple crews on multiple sites.
• Ability to work independently without significant supervision.
• MS Excel, Word, and Outlook knowledge.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions.
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to differing job locations.

• Prepare a schedule of construction activities and resources with the project manager.
• Direct and control the project to meet specifications and schedule to maximize profit.
• Inform supervisors promptly of schedule changes.
• Assist in preparing job progress and cost reports.
• Input crew time and production daily.
• Ensure safety protocol and OSHA compliance on site.
• Report progress, plans, and problems to the project manager.
• Organize people, tools, and equipment across multiple activities.
• Demonstrate leadership and address conflicts.
• Evaluate processes to meet or exceed customer expectations.
