The ideal candidate has seven years of relevant experience in utilities or similar projects, an associate degree preferred (high school diploma may substitute), and a commitment to OSHA safety standards and client relations.

Qualifications

• Seven years of project management and supervision in construction.
• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma may substitute.
• Experience coordinating field activities, direct labor, subcontractors and materials.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate field activities on construction projects.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure OSHA compliance at the site.
• Schedule, plan and supervise craft labor and subcontractors.
• Manage resources efficiently and match labor/equipment to load.
• Prepare Foreman’s reports and timely paperwork.
• Maintain good client relations and seek additional project work.
