Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in heavy equipment shop leadership position.
• Knowledge of NJDOT, OSHA, EPA and NJ State Regulations.
• OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and promote efficient workflow in shop.
• Coordinate workload among mechanics and technicians.
• Conduct monthly shop inspections for safety compliance.
• Evaluate performance of Shop Foreman and enforce KPIs.
• Ensure timely service delivery in coordination with the Scheduler.
