Job summary

Buckeye Construction & Restoration is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple active projects. The role focuses on safety, quality, production, manpower, and developing Foremen and field crews.

You will work with Project Managers, Foremen, and the Director of Field Operations to meet BCR's standards. Ideal candidates will have masonry, concrete, or commercial restoration backgrounds, strong problem-solving abilities, and a track record of driving

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive field experience in masonry restoration, concrete restoration, commercial construction, or related self-perform trade.
• ≥3 years leading Foremen, Project Leads or other field supervisors.
• Ability to oversee multiple active projects and read construction drawings and schedules.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and construction management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations across multiple restoration and construction projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Foremen and Project Leads.
• Maintain daily communication with Foremen regarding progress, schedules, and challenges.
• Identify training needs and help develop field employees.
• Establish clear expectations and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
