Job summary

Buckeye Construction & Restoration is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on active projects. You will lead Foremen and crews, manage safety, quality, and production, and coordinate with Project Managers to keep projects moving efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in masonry, concrete, or commercial restoration and can communicate clearly, solve problems, and drive performance on multiple sites. Travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field experience in masonry/restoration or related trades.
• 3+ years leading Foremen or field supervisors.
• Experience overseeing multiple active projects and crews.
• Strong knowledge of masonry, concrete, and restoration methods.
• Experience managing manpower, labor productivity, schedules, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to read/interpret drawings, specs, and project schedules.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations across multiple projects and sites.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Foremen and Project Leads.
• Maintain daily communication on progress, manpower, and schedules.
• Identify training needs and develop field employees.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
