Job summary

The Related Group seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale, complex construction on high-rise, mid-rise, and podium projects. You will own field execution from mobilization to turnover, manage schedules, and mentor on-site teams to uphold safety and quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating trades, enforcing drawings and codes, and driving inspections and punch lists to completion. Strong leadership and advanced CM software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years of field construction experience, including at least five years as lead Superintendent on comparable scale projects.
• Experience with mid-rise, high-rise, podium, or structured-parking projects.
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and analyze a CPM schedule; familiarity with scheduling tools.
• Experience developing field leadership under your direction.
• Knowledge of building codes and OSHA regulations.
• OSHA 30 required, or the ability to obtain promptly.
• Proficiency with Procore or comparable construction management software, plus strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior on-site authority for field execution from mobilization through turnover.
• Direct all daily on-site construction activity and sequencing for structural concrete, envelope, and MEP works.
• Supervise trades and subcontractors; resolve conflicts before they affect the schedule.
• Own the project schedule; maintain, update, and forecast impacts.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and enforce manpower.
• Oversee inspection program and coordinate turnover activities with inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and building codes.
• Mentor Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents to build bench strength.
• Hire, assign, and lead field staff and set on-site tone.
