Qualifications

• 15 years construction experience with at least 8 years in a supervisory role.
• BA in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• NCCER certification preferred.
• Safety certifications such as OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred per project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field construction, coordinating discipline superintendents, subcontractors and field personnel.
• Authorize coordination of craft personnel, materials and equipment to meet schedules.
• Support project management with planning and proper means/methods for construction activities.
• Analyze situations, forecast problems and recommend appropriate actions.
• Ensure all work stays within scope and complies with requirements.
• Provide training and development opportunities for project personnel.
