Job summary

Odin is seeking a top-Superintendent to lead field operations on major projects across the country. You will manage site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safe, quality production in alignment with Odin’s standards.

The role requires a 4-year engineering degree, at least eight years of supervisory experience in heavy civil or environmental construction, and strong scheduling and cost-control skills. On-site leadership with travel to multiple project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience.
• Minimum of eight years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools and work procedures.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and ability to supervise large groups.

Responsibilities

• Onsite coordination of subcontractors including monitoring progress and productivity.
• Contract Administration and consultation with Project Manager on plans and documents.
• Completes all required paperwork on a timely basis (e.g., weekly reports, cost codes, diaries).
• Submit approved progress and invoice pay quantities to the Project Manager on time.
• Maintain a written project diary detailing delays, changes, and site conditions for change orders or claims.
• Be aware of the project budget and work within it; manage costs effectively.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and incident reporting; maintain a safe work environment.
