Job summary

Manhattan Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to lead field operations for assigned projects, ensuring safe, timely, and profitable completion. Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities include on-site supervision, adherence to safety programs, reviews of submittals, RFIs, and coordination with Project Manager for schedule and cost control.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of industry experience in construction.
• Proven leadership on multiple projects and ability to supervise on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety policies and create an injury-free environment.
• Review and approve pay applications and material invoices with Project Manager.
